Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a formal rental agreement between the hirer and 5th Star Hire.

Booking and Payment

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by 5th Star Hire.

Payment is due as per the agreed terms outlined in the rental agreement.

Use of the Truck

The truck should be used only for its intended purpose as specified by 5th Star Hire.
The hirer is responsible for the truck during the rental period and should return it in the same condition, barring normal wear and tear.
Any damages, accidents, or losses during the rental period must be reported immediately to 5th Star Hire.

Liability

5th Star Hire is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the truck during the rental period.
The hirer is responsible for any fines, penalties, or violations incurred while operating the truck.
5th Star Hire is not liable for any loss of personal belongings left in the truck during or after the rental period.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund conditions are outlined in the rental agreement.
Any cancellations or changes to reservations should be communicated in accordance with the terms specified in the rental agreement.

5th Star Hire reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the truck in case of breach of terms or misuse of the vehicle.

Governing Law
